Gather Cincy is the welcoming backdrop for your perfect party.  Our bright and inviting space is the perfect setting for an engaging event.  Most of all, Gather is an amazing venue for making wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. 

Your Event Space Rental at Gather Cincy includes the following:

  • Seating for 22 at long table in Main Space (seating can be configured differently to accommodate up to 30 for a sit down meal at separate tables)

  • One small and one large antique buffet tables (great for dessert or gift tables and mimosa bars!)

  • For mix & mingle type of event, the First Floor can accommodate approximately 40 guests

  • Free parking available in 2 connected lots or on-street

  • Bluetooth Bose speakers connected through entire 1st floor

  • Outside food & drink can be brought in or Gather Cincy can help coordinate catering with local vendors

  • Gather Cincy staff member on site during your rental to answer all the questions

  • 3 hour rental of event space (full 1st floor of building)
    • Any time needed for setup or cleanup should be included as part of your rental time
  • Additional 30 minutes - $75
  • Additional Hour - $150
  • Let Gather Cincy handle the clean-up - $150

**Events booked on holidays are based on staff availability and are booked at holiday rates.

SO, READY TO Book your event at Gather cincy?

A $200 retainer paid below will reserve your date. The rental event rental agreement will be signed as part of the booking process. Your rental will be considered finalized once both the retainer has been received and agreement has been signed. The retainer is non-refundable.

If you would like to book an event for more than our 3 hour minimum, please indicate the hours you would like as part of the booking process below.

The rental cost ($550 + any additional time added to your rental above 3 hours) will be invoiced 21 days prior to your event and must be paid 14 days prior to your event. $200 will be refunded to you within 5 days of your event assuming no damage or time overage has occured.
