About the Space

Corporate Meetings and Off-Site Events, with a large meeting room and 2 break-out rooms with doors for privacy.
Social Events, such as Bridal and Baby Showers, Birthday Parties and any other event you would like to celebrate!

The full first floor can comfortably accommodate 40 people. Please contact us if you have questions or would like to view the space in person.
Booking & Availability

You may book up to a year in advance. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as we do not hold dates without a deposit and completed event rental agreement.

Once you are ready to secure your date, you may book directly on our website here or you may email us and we can send an invoice and the agreement directly to you.
We require a $200 retainer to hold the date. Then we will send an invoice for the full rental amount, which is due 14 days before your event.

We are generally closed for most major holidays (New Years Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve). You may still contact us to discuss exceptions if you are interested in booking over a holiday.
Pricing & Packages

Social Event (showers, birthday parties, etc.) rentals start at $550 for a 3 hour rental and additional time can be added on as needed. For more detailed information about what is included in your social event rental please visit here: Social Event Pricing

We offer a select amount of non-profit discounts throughout the year.

Yes, we have different pricing based on after-hour social events and business events held during working hours.

The $200 retainer is non-refundable but your reservation may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date within 6 months of your original date if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days from the date.
Any reservation canceled less than 30 days from the event is fully non-refundable and may be rescheduled at the discretion of Gather Cincy.
No refunds will be issued for cancelations, including COVID related cancelations.
Facilities & Amenities

Yes! We have parking available on both sides of our building, as well as free on-street parking.

Yes, we have WiFi available for your use.
Bose speakers are available in all rooms for use during your events. We can setup a 60” TV to wireless display for meetings or events.

We have a full kitchen available on our 2nd floor to be used as needed for heating up food ONLY. We do not allow full cooking in our space.

We have one private office that will be coming available in March, 2025.
