How can I find out more information?


Currently all 4 of our private offices are rented. Please contact us at makeithappen@gathercincy.com if you would like to be placed on the waitlist for an office.

Additionally if you don’t need a full office but would like to have your own personal space, dedicated desks are available for $400 per month.

Are there private office spaces available at Gather Cincy?


Day passes cost $45/day (coworking only) and are only available to perspective members. Members are eligible to purchase day passes for friends or colleagues at a discounted rate. Childcare is available to guests on a case by case basis - please contact us for more information. 

Are there day passes available for Gather Cincy?


If you need to be on a call that will be longer than a few minutes, we ask that you please utilize the phone booths available on each floor. For those short calls, we just ask that keep your volume down, so as not to disturb others.  Due to the open nature of our space, Gather Cincy isn’t ideal for people in tele-sales or other phone intensive work, where you need to be on the phone all day.

Can I talk on the phone or is there a dedicated phone space?


We love for our members to use our conference rooms for meetings with customers and clients. Members have access to a shared calendar to book conference rooms and can reserve the conference room for a total of two hours per day. Conference room space is available for purchase by the hour, or is included in several of our membership packages.

What age do my children need to be?

For children to participate in childcare at Gather Cincy, they must be between the ages of 3-months and 5 years.


Yes, you must reserve a spot for yourself and your children on the days you wish to attend Gather Cincy. This ensures that we have adequate space and childcare workers. Childcare must be reserved at least 48-hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate you with less notice, but ultimately it will be dependent on space and availability that day.

Do I need sign-up in advance for the days I want to work at Gather Cincy?


Who is providing childcare?

We have a childcare leader who is part of our staff to develop the curriculum and provide day-to-day consistency.  Depending on the sign-ups for each day, additional childcare workers supplement our regular employees.

All childcare workers at Gather Cincy are background checked.


Can I take off-site meetings while my children are in childcare?

We understand you may have a meeting or appointment that comes up every once in awhile and need to leave the premises. Gather Cincy can accomodate off-site meetings as needed for no more than 3 hours at one time. We are not a daycare however, and if your job regularly requires you to leave your children this may not be the best fit.


Will there be food for my child?

 

 

Gather Cincy will provide snacks (Goldfish Crackers, Cherrios) & water to children during snack times. If your child will be at Gather at lunchtime, please pack a lunch - if your child’s lunch needs to be heated up, you will be responsible for heating the lunch to your desired temperature. Please note that we are NOT a nut-free zone. If your child has a food allergy, please let the staff know.


Be sure to bring diapers if your child is not potty-trained. Non-potty trained preschoolers can be accepted however parents must be readily available to manage potty training.

Please remember to label your child’s lunchbox + water bottle (as well as coats and bags) to help make transitions for snack/lunch time easier. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach your child independence so labeling items can help them (and the staff) identify and obtain their belongings on their own when needed. We recommend not bringing toys to Gather Cincy.

MEMBERSHIP FAQS

No, hours purchased must be utilized by the end of the month or they are lost.

Do unused hours roll over at the end of the month?


Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as long as there are available openings in the level you wish to join. If there are no available openings, we’ll place you on a waiting list for your preferred level.

Can I change my membership level at a later date?


Invoices will be sent out on the 1st of each month, and automatic payments will be charged on the 4th of each month. Memberships that begin in the middle of a month will be pro-rated for that month, and then be billed on the 1st of the month going forward.

When will I be billed?


We have a 30 day cancellation policy, so your cancellation will take effect on the 1st of the month after that 30 day notice period. For early cancelation of a contract, a 1-month membership fee will be charged for a 6-month contract and 2-months membership fee will be charged for a 12-month contract.
