Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges : In-Store & Online Purchases

Gather Cincy has a 30 day return policy. A full refund will be issued back to the original method of payment if the return is made within 14 days of purchase. However, a store credit will be issued if the return is made 14-30 days from the date of purchase. Returns and/or credits will not be given after 30 days. This policy applies to items that were gifts as well. All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return if sending items back by mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item back to Gather Cincy for return/exchange you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods, candles, beauty products, food, sale and clearance items, gift cards, deposits for space rental and services.

To initiate a return

Email makeithappen@gathercincy.com. Once we provide authorization, send your item to: Gather Cincy LLC, 2345 Ashland Avenue, Cincinnati OH 45206, United States.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are past the 14 day return period but within 30 days, you will receive a store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
